"Working with Isabella is great, we get information and assistance timely. My issue is the big bump in rate increases in short time period for State Farm, and if you talk about using your insurance for a claim on supplemental mechanical coverage it is mentioned supplier may cancel, not sure what sense is in having if that is case?"

"Would highly recommend this agency and Breanna Vrable. My previous insurance sky rocketed so I was shopping around. Exhausted and ready to surrender to inflation. Was asking around at work and Derek Knepper's State Farm Agency was mentioned. I called and spoke to Breanna and she was so kind and helpful. She quickly ran my numbers and found me an amazing deal for home and auto. I am paying less than half of what my previous agent and many others could offer. "I took my daughter off my policy ( her and the car) a year ago because she moved and got her own insurance. I received a new policy with her still listed and called. They have been charging me and told me unless they had something in writing or a email they can’t reimburse me!!!!"

"I have had such a wonderful experience with State Farm. Of course when I heard my agent Stan Cranston was retiring and my branch was moving I was nervous after being with them for so long. But Derek knepper’s office has exceeded expectations, especially Breanna Vrabel.
