"Watching first hand how State Farm drags their feet when a homeowner claim is filed. Going on 3 months and the home is in disarray and they continue to send adjusters and want more photos. Ridiculous when you have your home, auto, boat, etc, all with one agent and they are not there to help you when you really need them. Once this is over, never going back to State Farm ever again."

"Breanna Vrabel has been so helpful. Not only did she lower our insurance, she was available to help when my windshield had a crack and then again when my rear window shattered.
